The 2013 Portland Oregon Women’s Film Festival welcomes director Penelope Spheeris (WAYNE’S WORLD, SUBURBIA, DECLINE OF WESTERN CIVILIZATION I-III, DUDES) as this year’s Guest of Honor. In addition to special screenings of Ms. Spheeris’ work, there are over 85 films from all over the world to see during the four-day event.
