Breakfast Club V 2.0

What's next...?  "Ferris Bueller's Day Off"?  A little piece of me inside died when I saw this: [kml_flashembed movie="" width="425" height="350" wmode="transparent" /]

You and me both, my friend... I just heard you talking about this live on the radio and didn't even have to think twice about what you were referring to. I personally couldn't believe how they could ruin a classic and seem so innocent about it. Crazy,eh? I'm 34, grew up in Central OR, and believe the original "Breakfast Club" is still an 80's icon regardless of corporate America. Lolz... Take care - KJB (Kage)

I heard you talking about this today and tried calling to tell you how much I agreed with you. How can "Corporate America" ruin such a wonderful memory for us 30-somethings? I just turned 37 (born & raised here in Portland) and will always love this movie... no matter WHO tries to ruin/commercialize it.

My little sister is 13 and watched the Breakfast Club for the first time last night. Even she knows this is a travesty. Her words were, "That's sad."

I couldn't agree more. They played this in the theater before The Dark Knight, and I actually uttered the phrase "I'm completely offended by that," which is something I hardly ever say!

Ya, I heard you talking about this on the radio... and I couldn't agree more! I'm only 18, but The Breakfast Club is one of my favorite movies, and I was SO pissed when I saw this commercial... plus I love the original song even more... ahh, some people just make me SICK! But anyways, love the station, I've been a listener for 5 years now and it just keeps getting better!!

UHG that made me vomit a little. Why would Thompason Twins agree to that!
