94/7 is partnering with Vitalogy Foundation for the EB Research Partnership

Pearl Jam's Vitalogy Foundation has partnered with us to raise money for several amazing nonprofit organizations in 2015 and beyond! The Vitalogy Foundation is a public non-profit organization founded in 2006 by Pearl Jam and their manager, supporting the efforts of non profit organizations in the fields of community health, the environment, arts and education, and social change. $2 from every ticket sold to our Birthday Party concert will go to the Vitalogy Foundation to benefit the EB Research Partnership. EB (Epidermolysis Bullosa) is devastating, and currently without a cure. An individual with EB lacks a critical protein that binds the layers of skin together. Without this protein, the skin tears apart, blisters and sheers off, leading to severe pain, disfigurement, and wounds that never heal. Given that EB affects only 30,000 people in the US, advancing this research relies on the generosity of individuals and corporations. Learn more about Pearl Jam’s Vitalogy Foundation. (Note: Pearl Jam will not be performing at Birthday Party).
